35 hours per week
An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified, highly motivated and experienced user of SIMS to support schools on our existing Helpdesk in the Manchester area. Ideally the candidate should have experience of working in a School environment (e.g. Data Manager) or providing Schools with support and training as part of a SIMS Support team.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and problem solving skills and the ability to deliver high quality support to our customers across a range of SIMS modules via our Helpdesk as well as delivering training and consultancy services at our base in Manchester and on site in schools.
It is expected that applicants would have experience and understanding in the majority of the following areas:
- SIMS Discover
- SIMS Dinner Money
- SIMS Assessment and analysis
- SIMS Examination Organiser
- SIMS Upgrades and Patches
- SIMS Attendance
- SIMS Attendance Reporting
- SIMS Advanced Reporting
Experience of dealing with the School Census, School Workforce Census, Pupil Premium and End of Year procedures would be an advantage.
