This briefing will provide a general overview of the type of behaviour which is unlawful under equality law and will also explain your obligations under the Public Sector Equality Duty.
We will give examples and practical advice in relation to your statutory obligations, in particular, your obligation to publish equality objectives and equality information. We will also explain how we can work with your school by auditing your equality practices to ensure you don’t have to bear the cost of getting it wrong!
