A half day event to give delegates the opportunity to discuss pupil's writing in line with the New Curriculum. The course will provide colleagues with the end of Key Stage 1 statutory assessment arrangements in the new National Curriculum for Writing; it will give colleagues the opportunity to look at and develop assessment tools for use within school and offer the opportunity to moderate writing across local schools, which will help aid in developing consistency within assessment.
All Year 2 delegates should bring with them writing evidence from across the curriculum for three children as the majority of the course will be spent assessing writing and discussing work with colleagues.
