We would just like to acknowledge your hard work and commitment to keeping your schools open for key workers and can confirm that our SIMS helpdesk will remain open albeit remotely to continue helping you with any SIMS issues you may have during this unprecedented time.
Our helpdesk will remain open from 8am-5pm (excluding bank holidays) and you can also email firstname.lastname@example.org at any time to log issues as well. We are still getting a lot of calls at this stage, so please bear with us as we are working through all calls as quickly as possible.
In regards to accessing your SIMS/FMS remotely, we will be publishing a separate blog for remote access but again please contact the helpdesk to discuss the most effective options to you as these may differ for each school.
A expected, no training will take place at our office until further notice. Remember to keep referring to the member login section of our website as we will continuously update training documents and useful information regarding updates and upgrades etc.

We will also be forwarding any Capita updates as soon as we receive them as well.
