Abigail has worked as an educational psychologist in Manchester and Oldham. She is a former secondary teacher of modern languages, special needs, head of year and European tour guide. She is a specialist practitioner for post 16 educational psychology.
Alyson is a member of our Education Welfare and Safeguarding Team, working in partnership with schools & academies across Greater Manchester and the North West. She is also a deputy safeguarding officer and a qualified Social Worker with a particular interest in child and adolescent mental health and early intervention.
Anne has over four decades of experience as an educational psychologist, working in a wide range of educational settings, multi-disciplinary teams and strategic groups, including 15 years as an academic and professional tutor.
Audrey is an Educational Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience in education, working in a wide range of educational settings and multi-disciplinary teams.
Carrie Bray is the Senior Practitioner for Looked After Children (LAC) within One Education Educational Psychology Team. She has over ten years’ experience working as an Educational Psychologist across Manchester and Tameside.

Claire qualified as an educational psychologist in 2000 and has worked in Manchester ever since, first for the City Council Educational Psychology Service and then for One Education since it began in 2011.
Colette Flynn is an Art Psychotherapist and Assistant Team Leader working for the Emotional & Trauma Support Service at One Education.
Deirdre McConnell leads our Therapeutic Interventions team. She is a qualified teacher, art psychotherapist and experienced clinical supervisor, and leads a team of drama therapists, art therapists, horticulture therapists, dance movement psychotherapists, music therapists, and play therapists.

Dr Frances Parker is a senior educational psychologist and designated safeguarding officer with 15 years' experience in educational psychology practice.
Grant has over 20 years teaching experience and with the last 15 years focused around dyslexia, he has developed proficiency across all Key Stages as well as FE in the field of Dyslexia.

Helen has spent the last 20 years working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in a range of settings and roles, and is now working as a Specialist Inclusion Teacher and Speech and Language Therapist at One Education.

Jo Buckler is an Early Years and Primary School music specialist who has experience of teaching music in schools across Greater Manchester and the North West. Beginning her primary teacher career in a large, diverse, Manchester school, she led music and enrichment across the school, becoming an Advanced Skills Teacher in 2004.
Jo Gray is a primary school literacy specialist who has experience of working in schools across Greater Manchester and the North West, including schools in Trafford, Warrington, Manchester City Centre, Oldham and Bradford.
John has been a qualified educational psychologist since 2003 and has developed a range of interests over the course of his career in Tameside and Manchester. He has gained specific skills related to social communication difficulties, working with specialist provisions for children with learning difficulties and numeracy.
Karen is educated to post graduate level in Human Resource Management and is an Associate member of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and the Recruitment and Employment Confederation. She has over ten years experience working in HR, with the vast majority of her experience focused on providing advice on a wide variety of HR issues and delivering training to schools. Prior to working in HR, she worked in a managerial position providing recruitment solutions to schools. Her HR specialisms are mediation and employee engagement.
Kieran is the Chief Executive Officer of One Education Ltd, an ethical and successful school support company which was established in 2011 for one purpose and one purpose only; to benefit children by supporting schools.

Lindsay initially worked as an early years and key stage one educator in Manchester before moving into the special education sector working as a key stage two and three specialist music and physical education teacher.
Liz was a Learning Support Teacher at the King’s School, Macclesfield up to joining One Education, working with pupils with a variety of Special Needs.
Mark has over 20 years of experience in ICT and over 10 years in Programme Management across areas such as Health, Energy, Government and Education.
Mary Arnold is an experienced school improvement adviser who works in primary and secondary schools across the North West.
Mehmet previously worked as a teacher of Psychology and Health and Social Care in an inner city Sixth Form College. First as a classroom teacher and then also within a management capacity promoting positive outcomes for pupils and especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Michelle completed her doctoral training to become an educational and child psychologist at the University of Manchester in 2015. After qualifying, she began working for One Education. Michelle previously worked as a primary school teacher, and has a wealth of experience of working with children in early years settings.
Mike Powell is a School Improvement Associate for One Education, specialising in data analysis.
Nadia Ezzamel is an Educational Psychologist, with a particular interest in working with children and young people on the autism spectrum and promoting the social inclusion of children and young people with autism in mainstream school settings. Prior to starting her training she worked with children with Autism Spectrum Conditions, as an Early Years Autism Practitioner and as an ABA Therapist.
Nicola Evans is a member of the One Education School Finance team, joining full time as a School Budget Officer in September 2015. Nicola is a highly versatile professional with 9 years’ experience in the Education sector and is a skilled problem solver and effective relationship builder with demonstrated ability within Manchester Schools.

Pam is one of our Senior HR managers, with a chartered CIPD qualification and has been advising in schools and academies for over 10 years.
Paul Gee has a wealth of experience of working in both primary and secondary schools as a SEND specialist. As well as having an MA in Specific Learning Difficulties, he is a qualified counsellor and therapeutic play practitioner. He has worked extensively with children who have behavioural difficulties as well as literacy needs.
Rachel is the HR Director at One Education, and is a qualified employment solicitor and CIPD HR professional. She has worked for many years in the education sector both as a lawyer and as a senior HR advisor.
Rai is an educational psychologist who worked extensively with children and young people with SEND, predominantly those with autism aged 3-18, in schools prior to training to be an educational psychologist. He completed his doctoral training in educational and child psychology at the University of Manchester. In his doctoral thesis, he reviewed qualitative research methods for eliciting the views of young people with autism about their educational experiences, and then explored current good practices of specialist schools in meaningfully including young people with autism during the planning for their transition to adulthood.
Dr Rathika Marsh, Educational Psychologist, previously worked as a primary school teacher and as a pupil development assistant supporting children and young people with multiple and profound difficulties before completing her doctorate training at the University of Bristol.
