Diane has 24 years teaching experience within the field of mainstream special needs.

She has also been a SENCO and taught within inclusion units in both primary and secondary settings. Diane has worked as a specialist teacher for over a decade and has gained a PGDip (SEN) in specific learning difficulties.

Diane joined One Education in 2015 and supports pupils and staff in a variety of ways including; developing and teaching bespoke intervention programmes, screening and assessments, delivering training to support capacity building and developing school-wide dyslexia-friendly best practice models.
