FRANK discussions about drugs

After being rushed into hospital, three twelve–year-old girls are now in a stable condition after taking "Teddy" ecstasy tablets in Salford, Manchester.

FRANK reports that a big problem with ecstasy is that it’s rarely pure and can be fatal. Schools and parents often find it difficult to talk to children and young people about drugs, but best practice is that you should talk about drugs and start from an early age.

For useful tips on talking to children about drugs visit the NHS Livewell website.
