Our specialist team will work with you to identify the needs of children and young people with learning difficulties, communication difficulties and social and emotional needs.
We will support you to fulfil all aspects of the SEND Code of Practice 0 – 25 (2015). Together we can turn around young lives and make a difference to the whole school community. Our support to develop policy and practice at a whole school level is exemplary; setting up whole school systems, specifically provision management, enables academies to ensure that intervention accurately matches pupil needs and is carefully tracked to show pupil progress.
Our teachers use observation and specialist assessment to ensure we are in the best position to offer teachers and leaders advice and strategies which deliver results. Working with individuals and groups of pupils, we deliver a range of interventions addressing learning needs, bullying, low self-esteem, and loss and bereavement.
One Education will also support your professional development, providing bespoke training, SENDCo Networks each term and a high quality conference annually. Our SENDCo support package is a cost effective way to access invaluable in-house support and training. Passionate about putting children and young people first, our team is here to help you every step of the way.
Should you wish to develop a joint vision for your Academy Trust, our specialist teachers are skilled in working with a range of partners to develop effective, shared SEND policy and practice.
