As absences due to mental health conditions increase, it is more important than ever for school leaders to understand these conditions, and how to proactively support their staff to keep healthy and avoid absences. Join members of the employee Wellbeing Team for practical tips and advice on how to spot burnout, and how to avoid it both for yourself and your school team.
