The start of the spring term can be one of the most difficult times for staff, absenteeism and stress related absence often increases and the end of the academic year can feel and look like a giant mountain to climb. The winter months can be unkind to our well-being which let’s face it is already being challenged by the continuing pandemic.

During this breakfast briefing we will discuss how school leader’s and managers can proactively support staff in combating the winter blues and boost individual and whole school well-being. We will give practical advice on initiatives that can make a huge difference and discuss how we can support individual staff who may be struggling more than others during these months.

We will equip you with the knowledge of why winter can feel different and give you top tips on how you can support yourself and other staff in re-energising and turning those dark days into brighter days.
