EYFS Designated Safeguarding Lead Training - 14 January 2021
This CPD Certified Learning is a designated safeguarding lead training for any school safeguarding leads or deputies, link governors, trust executives, private/state funded nurseries or childminders who are required to have DSL level training and care for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage. The course takes an in-depth look at key legislation and government guidance which provides the framework to safeguarding within our EYFS settings. Through analysing serious case reviews and encouraging professional discussions, this course supports EYFS providers in reviewing and adapting their practice in line with Ofsted requirements.
This level of training is statutory for all DSLs and EYFS providers and is required to be updated every 2 years as outlined in Working Together to Safeguard Children 2018.
Covid-19 social distancing compliant. Delegates to provide own lunch and drinks.
