Training and developing finance staff can be a complex task for busy schools. With One Education FMS6 User Training, individuals can get to grips with the day to day financial administration.

FMS6 user training is designed for delegates to take a hands on approach to learning, whether that be for the first time or as a refresher. Delegates will navigate the system independently and at their own pace with detailed instruction and support from experienced professionals

You will learn how to:

  • navigate your way around FMS

  • add a supplier

  • raise a purchase order

  • process an invoice

  • complete a cheque run

  • produce day-to-day journals

  • record petty cash transactions

  • input receipts and paying in slip

  • run a VAT submittal report

  • run basic reports
