Our Safeguarding Children Conference brings together national leaders and experts in safeguarding and child protection. Through attending workshops and hearing from highly regarded keynote speakers, delegates will explore key safeguarding issues for schools and academies. #SafeguardingConf22 is not to be missed!

Delegates will hear from two prominent keynote speakers and will be able to access up to three workshops.

A governance board may establish a range of ad-hoc committees to discharge its functions - including oversight of complaints, staffing matters and pupil exclusions. This session will support increased understanding of remit and responsibilities across a range of common panels and support development of generic key skills for panel chairs and members.

SIMS 7 Extended Reporting with Excel Analysis - 09 & 10 November 2021

This course explores using SIMS reports to extract data and Excel to automatically analyse this data. It will cover the creation of reports in SIMS and explore some of Excel’s capabilities for data analysis including formulas, conditional formatting, macros and pivot tables.

Focusing on the curriculum, these half-day, termly sessions are a fantastic opportunity to work alongside others in similar situations, whilst using the knowledge and experience of the course facilitators who are experienced moderators; curriculum advisors for the STA; school leaders and classroom teachers.
