The role of the Headteacher can be extremely stressful and isolated at times. More needs to be done to help and support our school leaders to achieve a high level of personal wellbeing. Join us at this unique half day event focusing on supportive and practical measures to enhance the wellbeing of the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.

This session will look at the science behind what drives high performance in ourselves andsenior teams without emotional burnout. An inspiring morning to contain three workshops;

• Engaging employees to work 'with you' rather than 'for you' - delivered by Pam Mason, Lead for Well-Being (Staff)

• Supportive Governance systems to enhance Headteachers well-being - delivered by Rob Merino, Director of Governor Services

• How effective leaders make it happen - delivered by guest speaker Martin Robert Hall - Specialist in high performance science
