Stuart joined One Education in 2016, bringing with him 15 years’ experience in the higher education sector. He offers strategic leadership and financial expertise developed within a varied and complex environment. Seeing the improvements that One Education’s single and multi-service support and interventions can make to already successful trusts and the resulting impact on pastoral care and educational outcomes for pupils is, by some way, the most satisfying part of his role.
Mark has over 20 years of experience in ICT and over 10 years in Programme Management across areas such as Health, Energy, Government and Education. He previously worked for Northgate delivering whole school ICT under the Building Schools for the Future scheme. Mark is focused on delivering ICT services that are education and pupil outcome centred. He joined One Education in 2012
Rachel is an employment solicitor and CIPD HR professional. She has for many years worked in the education sector both as a lawyer and as a senior HR advisor. Rachel has represented schools, academies, local authorities and governing bodies in risk management, employment tribunals and other litigation, exit strategies and succession planning. She has vast experience in assisting school leaders
Rob has had an extensive career in service management and is a project and programme management professional. As Head of Governance and Compliance he has significant experience of managing and delivering governance professional advice, guidance and support to school governing boards and academy trust boards across the region. Rob delivers governance training, consultancy support and supports development through external reviews of governance.
Adam studied music at the University of Manchester before being awarded a scholarship to the Guildhall School of Music in London. As a conductor, Adam has worked with leading ensembles across Europe, including tenures as Musical Director of the Fairey Band and resident conductor of Stavanger Brass Band in Norway. He has also been a guest conductor with several national youth ensembles, including Ulster Youth Orchestra, National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain, and the South African National Youth Wind Orchestra.
Sarah is a HCPC-registered Principal Educational Psychologist. She has extensive experience across secondary and post-16 education, including teaching and pastoral roles. She has taught on Doctoral and Masters programmes and supervised research. Sarah leads one of the North’s largest EP services, managing major commissions with local authorities, education, health and adoption agencies. She publishes peer-reviewed research and applies psychology to improve outcomes for children and families through practice and systemic change.
