PRINCE2ยฎ

PRINCE2 is the International Standard Method for Project Management and provides a route to increasing the project management skills and competences of professionals at all levels.

It is recognised as a world-class international product and supports individuals in their roles to deliver organisational vision and ultimately achieve business transformation. It teaches fundamentally sound principles and can teach how to speak the project management language. Despite that, PRINCE2 is not rigid and is adaptable in a number of ways. It can be used for any project type at any scale.

MSPยฎ (Managing Successful Programmes)

Program management has become an essential skill for driving transformational change in organisations. It gives practitioners the knowledge and skills to expertly implement organisational change making this a highly valuable certification to hold. Specifically focusing on transition (preparing for it, enacting it and then, once it has occurred, realising benefits) and how claimed benefits must be properly tested for their validity and, if they are valid, how to make more likely the chance of them being realised.

Management of Risk (M_o_R)

Effective risk management can bring a wealth of benefits to all organisations and practitioners and increase the likelihood of change initiatives being successfully achieved. As risk is a factor in all organisations, particularly when changes are being introduced, it can be of great benefit if individuals have been exposed to risk management in depth, expanding their awareness of how to identify and deal with risks (both threats and opportunities). M_o_R offers a wide-ranging set of guidelines that will help in the management of risk in a project or programme environment.
