This half-day, enhanced safeguarding course will enable staff to have a greater depth of knowledge of their role in supporting children within their setting, an understanding of how to work closely with the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead and therefore, contributing effectively to the school’s safeguarding processes.
Advanced Designated Safeguarding Lead Training
This training meets the two-yearly statutory training requirements for a DSL as stated in Keeping Children Safe in Education and gives a deeper insight into the role and requirements.
