Dan is responsible for leading One Education’s comprehensive IT service portfolio. With over 20 years of experience across both internal and external IT support environments, he brings extensive expertise to the role. His focus is on delivering high-quality IT support and successful project implementation, while ensuring that customer requirements are effectively met.
Vince is our Business Development Manager and brings over fifteen years of experience in education. During this time, he has held key roles managing both the SIMS and CMIS support teams. He has developed strong expertise in accountancy and ICT consultancy, and his ongoing passion for education is reflected in his service on the governing bodies of local schools.
Az’ya brings over 20 years’ experience in school MIS, data systems and strategic consultancy across the education sector. She has led business development and service growth initiatives while advising MATs and trusts on scalable, future-proof MIS solutions. With extensive expertise in SIMS and Arbor, Az’ya supports executive leaders to strengthen data strategy, governance and operational efficiency.
Ian has worked in IT and education for 23 years. 16 of which were spent as Network Manager at a multi site High School in Warrington. He joined One Education in March 2022 as IT Support Manager.
With 7 years of IT experience, including 4 years in the education sector. Proven expertise in infrastructure management, network security, and end-user support. Carl is certified in Sophos firewalls, with strong hands-on experience implementing, securing, and maintaining robust network environments. Skilled in leading technical teams, optimizing systems, and delivering reliable, scalable solutions that support organisational growth and learning innovation.
Helen joined One Education in March 2020, bringing extensive experience in supporting SIMS across all school phases, including two secondary settings in Manchester. She holds Advanced Accreditation in Arbor, enabling her to effectively support schools through MIS development and transition. Helen is CIPD qualified in HR and has a degree in Education Management and Administration. Outside work, she enjoys strength training, reading, gardening, and pursuing her passion for all things equine.
Caitlyn joined One Education in January 2023 after working as a primary school teacher, bringing valuable first-hand experience of school systems and operations. Since joining, she has achieved Advanced Accreditation in Arbor and supports trusts and their schools with a wide range of MIS needs. With a strong technology background and expertise in SIMS and Arbor, Caitlyn provides practical, knowledgeable support tailored to schools’ requirements.

Tom has over eight years of experience in IT with One Education, progressing from 1st Line Help Desk Support to an On-Site Support Technician. He builds strong relationships with schools through a personable, professional approach and is committed to delivering effective solutions. Outside work, he enjoys time with family and friends, live music, and football.
Andy has been a valued member of One Education since 2018, bringing over 20 years of IT experience. He is passionate about delivering high-quality support and thrives on varied technical challenges. A strong team player, he collaborates closely with colleagues and clients to deliver reliable solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening and stargazing.
Shahid is an IT Support professional with 20 years’ experience in UK education, specialising in maintaining reliable networks, classroom technology, and software. Known for a proactive approach and clear communication, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for staff and students. Outside of work, enjoys cinema and travelling abroad
Harvey has been working in IT for over 25 years fixing all types of hardware and software issues, for the last four years he has been working for One Education. His interests include his family, motorbikes and DIY.
David has over 25 years’ experience delivering IT support and services in education. He has visited many schools over the years, supporting staff with every aspect of their IT systems, from simple password resets, to full school rebuild and network installations. David is passionate about using technology to enhance the learning experience, giving pupils the opportunity to achieve their full potential. Outside of work, David enjoys music and spending time with his family.
Nick has accumulated eight years of experience in the I.T. sector, initially focusing on the installation of varied IT equipment for prominent government entities, including the Ministry of Defence, the Department for Work and Pensions, and the Prison Service. In April 2024, he transitioned to One Education, where he appreciates the diverse challenges presented by the educational environment.
Eesa has nearly two years of experience at One Education, progressing from 1st Line to 2nd Line IT Support. He specialises in technical support, enjoys solving complex issues, and is committed to delivering reliable solutions. Passionate about sports and travel, he brings creativity, fresh perspectives, and a proactive mindset to his work.Â
Oreoluwa works on the helpdesk and enjoys applying his problem-solving skills to contribute to One Education’s innovative technology advancements. He graduated from the University of Derby with a bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security. In his free time, he loves playing the drums, enjoys video games such as GTA and FIFA on PS5, and is a big fan of music.
