Jo Gray, Head of Educational Development, has completed her dissertation on the factors that influence school leaders’ decisions on the implementation of play-based learning beyond EYFS. Her research captures the profound power of play, the complex nuances of school leaders’ decisions, and the impact these have on children’s future learning and development. This dissertation was completed as part of Jo’s MA in Educational Leadership with the University of Chester.
