Whatever your starting point, our consultants can work with you to build a clear whole-school vision for oracy through a progressive framework that is equitable and improves learner outcomes, delivering engaging CPD to develop staff knowledge and expertise, and the tools and resources to effectively implement oracy best practice long-term.
Package 1: Oracy Strategy Support – Two 1.5-hour visits at the beginning and end of the period for strategic support with 1 additional half day session to be used for staff training, oracy framework development or support of your choice. (1 day total)
Package 2: Oracy Development Support – one half day for initial review and action planning followed by 2 half days of oracy support or training. (1.5 days total)
