Oracy Support

One Education offers tailored support to help schools develop oracy across the three strands of learning to talk, talking to learn and learning about talk, instilling oracy best practice through strategic and practical support.

Whatever your starting point, our consultants can work with you to build a clear whole-school vision for oracy through a progressive framework that is equitable and improves learner outcomes, delivering engaging CPD to develop staff knowledge and expertise, and the tools and resources to effectively implement oracy best practice long-term.

Package 1: Oracy Strategy Support – Two 1.5-hour visits at the beginning and end of the period for strategic support with 1 additional half day session to be used for staff training, oracy framework development or support of your choice. (1 day total) 

Package 2: Oracy Development Support – one half day for initial review and action planning followed by 2 half days of oracy support or training. (1.5 days total)

Package 3: Oracy Strategy and Development Support – two 1.5-hour review visits at the beginning and end of the period with one half day of support every term to develop oracy best practice in a timely, staged process. (2 days total) 

Package 4: Oracy Strategy and Regular Development Support – two 1.5-hour review visits at the beginning and end of the period with one half day of support every half term to develop oracy best practice in a timely, staged process. (3.5 days total)
