Adam studied music at the University of Manchester before being awarded a scholarship to the Guildhall School of Music in London. As a conductor, Adam has worked with leading ensembles across Europe, including tenures as Musical Director of the Fairey Band and resident conductor of Stavanger Brass Band in Norway. He has also been a guest conductor with several national youth ensembles, including Ulster Youth Orchestra, National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain, and the South African National Youth Wind Orchestra.
Jeni is a state registered Dramatherapist (HCPC), clinical supervisor and Psychotherapist (UKCP). She has over 20 years' experience supporting looked after children and children with complex trauma and attachment issues in education. As head of service for CPE, she is committed to promoting and developing best therapeutic practice for young people and the systems that support them, promoting an increased sense of well-being, alongside opportunities for growth, understanding and compassion.
Jo has many years of school leadership experience, working with schools all over the North West and beyond. She works across Early Years, KS1 and KS2 delivering leadership support, whole school curriculum and Literacy support. She is lead moderator for KS1 and 2 in Oldham and monitors SATs and Phonics for Manchester. Jo is a self-confessed book addict who is passionate in supporting ALL children and staff in striving to be the best they can be.
Jess leads a team of School Attendance and Safeguarding Advisers dedicated to improving outcomes for children across schools and academy trusts. She provides strategic guidance, consultation and tailored professional development to strengthen attendance, enhance safeguarding practice and ensure statutory compliance. Passionate about early intervention and partnership working, Jess collaborates with leaders to build inclusive, resilient school communities where every child feels safe, supported and able to succeed.
Helen has spent the last 20 years working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in a range of settings and roles, and is now working as a Specialist Inclusion Teacher and Speech and Language Therapist at One Education.
Sarah is a HCPC registered Principal Educational Psychologist at One Education. She has an extensive background in education including experience of teaching in secondary and Post-16 sectors. Sarah is passionate about using psychology to make a positive difference for children and families. Sarah’s professional and research interests include trauma-informed practice, critical incident response, mental health and working in multi-disciplinary teams. She has published research in the field of adoption.Â
Before joining One Education, Rob had an extensive career in local authority service management and delivery, followed by a number of years as a programme and change management professional. As Head of Governor Services, Rob provides advice, guidance and support to head teachers and chairs across the region, and has managed the successful delivery of a new free school through application and pre-opening stages.
Janine is an award-winning, CIM-qualified marketing professional with over 20 years’ experience at both strategic and operational levels. Passionate about the transformative impact of education, she has spent more than 15 years working in the sector, including over eight in further education. She leads the marketing team, working with schools and trusts to strengthen their marketing, communications and brand strategy.
Audrey joined a local authority providing schools with SIMS & FMS support. Audrey became the School Workforce Census Coordinator for a large city authority for all its schools. On a daily basis she provides support to School Business Managers and Senior Leaders regarding their payroll needs.
Petra has many years' experience and extensive knowledge of all aspects of education finance and consultancy in primary, secondary, special, academies and independent schools. She holds a Certificate in School Business Management, Certificate in Financing Reporting for Academies and has expert knowledge of FMS6, SIMS and Access Education software packages.
Dan's responsibility is to head up One Education’s full IT offering. With over 20 years of experience in IT, including both internal and external support. My aim is to deliver a high standard or both IT Support and Project delivery to our customers. As well as aligning the customers needs to our offerings.
Jade is a HR Manager at One Education. She has a Masters in Human Resource Management and is a qualified CIPD member. Jade has extensive experience in supporting school leaders with complex employee relation matters including restructures, disciplinary and grievance matters. Jade specialises in Leadership Pay and Teachers Pay and Conditions and she also leads on our bespoke Action for Wellbeing Support Package and Excellence for Wellbeing Award Scheme.
Claire is an experienced Business Development Manager with over 10 years working in the education sector. Passionate about improving outcomes for young people, she specialises in strategic growth, partnership development and account management, building trusted relationships with schools and trusts.
