Train the Trainer – By undertaking this programme, you will become an accredited trainer from the Manchester Stress Institute in your chosen subjects. Choose from 3 out of the 4 workshops and once completed, you will be an accredited trainer to be able to offer training and guidance to your leaders and line managers within your school / trust in supporting staff wellbeing in the workplace. Each workshop is for 2.5 – 3 hours, depending on questions and will be held face to face.
This workshop is on Menopause. Menopause affects all women at some stage and the latest government data indicates that 75.8% of teachers are women. It is therefore essential that school leaders and wellbeing champions have an awareness and understanding of the symptoms so that women can be supported in the workplace.
