As technology plays a greater role in education, we pride ourselves on delivering forward-thinking, innovative solutions to achieve the best possible outcomes for pupils.
Vince is currently our Service Development Manager but has previously had roles during his fifteen years in education managing the SIMS and CMIS support teams. He brings with him knowledge and expertise in accountancy and ICT consultancy and his continued passion in education has also seen him on the governing bodies of local schools.
Az'ya is responsible the SIMS Support Team as well developing SIMS and non-SIMS products, she is now looking into developing interactive dashboards and analysis for schools using Power BI. She also develops and organises all SIMS training and delivers direct consultancy to schools. Az'ya's previous roles were working as a Data and Assessment Manger in schools, she has 12 years' experience of working with Assessment within SIMS.
Ian has worked in IT and education for 23 years. 16 of which were spent as Network Manager at a multi site High School in Warrington. He joined One Education in March 2022 as IT Support Manager.
Helen joined One Education in March 2020 and has vast experience in the support and use of SIMS for all phases. She started working with schools supporting SIMS for Manchester Local Authority, and has since worked in two secondary schools and also as a CAPITA Software Consultant. Helen is also a qualified HR professional and holds a degree in Education Management and Administration.
Caitlyn joined One Education in January 2023 and worked as a primary school teacher prior to that, providing experience of working in primary school settings. She comes from a family history of IT and grew up working closely with technology. She enjoys crafting and costume making in her spare time along with photography.Â
Adam joined One Education in 2017, and worked as an ICT technician in a high school prior to that. In his spare time, Adam watches Manchester United and can also name almost any country’s flag in the world.
Tom works both on the helpdesk and as a field technician. He supports schools to maximise their IT resources and solve their administrative and technical issues. He loves socialising with friends and getting stuck in at five-aside.
Andy spent 10 years as an ICT / Reprographics Technician in a Warrington High School before joining One Education. He believes teamwork and cooperation are essential to maintain professional results. He has two dogs and two grandchildren to keep him busy outside of work.
Shahid has worked for One Education since formation in 2011 as an ICT Support Technician. He advises, implements and supports IT solutions for schools. Outside of work, he spends time with friends and family, watching movies or travelling.
Harvey has been working in IT for over 25 years fixing all types of hardware and software issues, for the last four years he has been working for One Education. His interests include his family, motorbikes and DIY.
Before joining One Education, Callum completed an apprenticeship at a multi-academy trust, a highly rewarding opportunity where he gained hands-on experience and training. Callum is eager to tackle any challenge that comes his way. He loves exploring new territories in IT and finding innovative solutions to problems. Beyond work, you will catch Callum on the football field, enjoying time with his friends, or playing video games.
Carl has worked in IT support for the past 4 years. He enjoys a challenge and likes to help others by coming up with solutions to difficult problems. In his spare time, Carl also likes watching wildlife documentaries, swimming, and marine fish and coral keeping.
David has over 25 years’ experience delivering IT support and services in education. He has visited many schools over the years, supporting staff with every aspect of their IT systems, from simple password resets, to full school rebuild and network installations. David is passionate about using technology to enhance the learning experience, giving pupils the opportunity to achieve their full potential. Outside of work, David enjoys music and spending time with his family.
Will has worked in Education for the majority of their IT career, having been a Technician and Network Manager in a high school, and a Network Manager for a multi academy trust of primary schools. Will's current role as an IT Consultant involves 2nd/3rd line support and assisting the senior IT Consultant with the successful delivery of projects.
