This Emotional Barriers to School Attendance (EBSA) session will focus on both preventative action and how to support those children whose attendance is already affected by EBSA. We will recap the theory behind EBSA, how EBSA can present (including internal truancy and externalised behaviours), working with families, and provide practical strategies you can adapt for your setting.
